The Foundry Sessions are small-group training experiences designed to reconnect you with the natural intelligence of your body.
Each session blends yoga, strength work, and primal / natural movement, rooted in mindful practice.

This is where we rebuild strength from the ground up — one mindful repetition, one deep breath, one rediscovered movement at a time.
