I wasn’t born athletic. I was the skinny one — the friend who could never “bulk up,” no matter how hard I tried.
Years later, I found yoga, it gave me mobility and flexibility. I found discipline in the gym and running. Later, I discovered natural movement, primal and animal which I incorporated into my routines. And I discovered something far more valuable than size — the feeling of strength that comes from truly knowing your body.

When I began teaching, I saw what movement could do for others too.
I’ve watched people realize that they can move in ways they never imagined.
Some of my “Omis,” (Grannies) from my Rehasport groups, who are women in their seventies plus, now hold planks, carry kettlebells, and get up from the floor with little help.

They don’t just move better — they live better.
That’s what drives me.
