Every person moves differently. That’s why each private session begins with a one-to-one consultation — a conversation to understand your story, your current level of mobility and strength, and the goals you want to reach in the months ahead.

From there, we build a movement plan that fits your life, not someone else’s routine.
Using a blend of yoga, kettlebells, primal and natural movement, each session weaves together mindful practice and functional strength — the kind that helps you move better in everyday life.
