Here are some yoga movements to help heal meniscus tear. In the video you will find practical movement everyone can do to help the healing process of a meniscus tear. I use these myself to help with my two meniscus tears, (Don't ask) anyways, I though I would share what yoga, as a yoga teacher I use to help heal my meniscus. It is a slow process, and one that should be taken seriously, as you can do more damage than good if done improperly. Also, the meniscus in most adults as very little blood flow to it, thus the long time. Be patient, if it hurts, stop, rest, Ice, Compress and Elevate, then come back to it.
